Series X Console Not Showing Up in App

I just got a new Series-X console. I have enabled remote features, test shows all green checkmarks, power mode is set to instant on, however the console does not show up in the app on Android 12 (Pixel 6 Pro) or Windows 11 (Surface Book 3). I have tried turning remote features off and back on, rebooting all devices, initiating from the app, nothing seems to work!

First, lets try something simple on your console and router:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.

Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Aftert that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about the same time, connect it and when everything's up and running, disable and enable remote features and try setting up your console using the mobile xbox app first again

Hi Josef, thanks for replying.

The devices are all on the same network, yes. The Xbox is hardwired. It's brand new so it has been doing this from day one (yesterday). Would love recommendations for troubleshooting.

May I know if all devices are connected to the same wifi network?

Or if possible could you try using another wifi network to see how it goes?

And, when this issue started happening?

Which troubleshooting steps you have done so far on your console apart from the described above?

I'm recording captures on my Xbox Series X using the button on my controller to bring it up on the menu.

One video did come up, but for some reason the time stamp was years ago. Which is obviously ridiculous since I made it tonight.

I just checked the console's internal clock, and it's fine.
