Series X - Can't rewind or fast-forward 4K HDR clips. Also can't cut/upload them. Insider...

Really? You really think they'd release a client without rewind/fast forward and fast skip forward/back?

I took a look at the Upload Studio app myself and it appears that this is intended. You can select the clip and edit, which will give you the ability to rewind and fast forward but there currently isn't an option when previewing the clip. If you'd like,
definitely head over to Xbox Feedback and let them know that you're interested in this feature.

you need hdr for 4k output

I don't think you fully understand

Uhd and hdr are required for 4k output

Unless you have an xbox one s not a x

You can't play in 4k

4k is only for.movies or streaming sources which require both uhd and hdr

But.xbox.one x will do 4k gaming

This is a problem since around December.

Before that you could upload 4K HDR videos without any problem to YouTube, yes even recorded with Series X, so it's not even a new console gen issue, but since them, it doesn't work anymore, something, maybe with a firmware update, has changes from one day to the other and now YouTube is always rejecting them with an error message and I can't believe this is still not fixed.

Same problem for me as well. I also noticed that if i fast forward or rewind on any video it ends up cutting the picture off on the right of the screen. Does anybody else have the same problem?
