    As stated, my Series X suddenly stopped working a week ago. I opened a repair order and was told to expect a shipping label 24-48 hours. A week later, nothing! I cannot for whatever reason seem to get a callback from Xbox support. Idk why? I tried multiple times, and am locked at 3 attempts a day. Even had a friend try by using my # with their account. NOTHING! I reached out to Xbox Support on Twitter and they asked me my # and email so they can "escalate it to one of their teams." This was 4 days ago now. I keep getting the runaround there. All I want is my Xbox repaired. I already paid $10 for expedited shipping but cannot get a shipping label, hence I cannot ship it to Microsoft for repairs. I've checked over and over the devices page for anything resembling a shipping label and again, NOTHING!!!!

    Please help! This is ridiculous and unprofessional.

    My microsoft order for my Xbox series x still says pending but the icons have changed to a box that I think means shipping or being labeled. Should I be worried?
