These were the system errors I was getting E200 000000EF 00000000 and E105 00000000 8007045D. My Xbox One X would freeze and it the loading screen for the Xbox One X chip video would be lagging and out of sync with audio and video. I would also get something
went wrong errors and syncing problems.

I was forced to update at 1am on October 27th and now I am going to a green screen then to a system error:

E200 000000EF 00000000

The error code gives the following steps as suggested solutions

Power cycle your Xbox One console and try the update again

1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
   
2. Plug the console back in and turn it on by pressing the Xbox button.
3. Select Start update again.

If this did not solve it then please go on to the following step

Try the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool

You can use the Xbox One
Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool to troubleshoot a console that’s having trouble downloading the system update from Xbox Live. However, you should use it only after you have exhausted all other troubleshooting steps. The diagnostic tool file is very
large, and this troubleshooting process will take considerable time to complete.

If the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool does not resolve your system update problem, then the only remaining step is to have your console repaired. You can however still try to factory reset your console,
this will remove all games and downloads from your harddrive.

Use the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool to restore factory defaults

If the OSUDT file you downloaded did not resolve the problem, you’ll need to restore your console to factory defaults. To do this, return to the Xbox One

Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool page, and this time select the
Restore Factory Defaults file in Step 2.

Warning Restoring your console to the factory default settings erases all accounts, apps, games, saved games, and settings. Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. Your console syncs with Xbox Live automatically
when it is connected with the service.
