Series X backwards compatibility update?

It's great that Bethesda did a remaster of Oblivion! However as much as I love playing Oblivion eventually I'm going to have to play other games. An issue I had a few months back is still not been resolved satisfactorily. Hoping my opinion and insight can maybe help the Xbox developers make some needed updates. From what I understand from the support personnel I spoke with when I made a post on this on the Xbox support website it's just expected behavior but the 360 emulator the series X console uses to load and launch Xbox 360 games struggles with game of the Year edition versions of the disc. I would really like to play fallout New Vegas, and I own the fallout New Vegas game of the Year edition copy when I insert disc 1 and install the base game to my console I can launch the game but none of the DLCs will launch with the game, when I insert disc 2 and install the DLCs onto my console I can launch the game using disc 2 but regardless if I use disc 1 or disc 2 it's Hit or Miss if it will load the DLCs, and without the DLCs I can't play any of my already existing save files since they require the DLCs as they have dependencies linked to the DLCs. It's like it won't recognize that I installed them onto the console, I've also had it where some DLCs are recognized and others aren't. At least how I understood it it doesn't actually launch the game from the disc...? you install the base game from the disc and then it uses the online game pass version of the game to launch the Xbox 360 emulator. I could see two potential pathways to fix this issue. One, make an update to the series X console so that it handles game of the Year edition copies more natively and allows them to launch in the 360 emulator on or offline with all the DLCs or add the game of the Year edition versions of the games into the game pass so when it reads the disc as a game of the year version it launches the emulated game of the Year edition version with all the DLCs already installed.
