    I ordered the Xbox Series X console online from Microsoft on release day. I paid for the expedited shipping option to receive it within 1-2 business days, yet my order still says "pending." When should I expect my console to arrive?

    The promo code is only to offset the price of expedited shipping and is not required to earn the credits. Not all of the console are eligible for expedited shipping which could be the reason the code won't work.

    The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

    As far as paying for shipping, the offer code should have offset the price of expedited shipping. If the console was eligible for expedited shipping, you may want to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com to see if they can do anything about the
    shipping price.

    The code is just to offset the price of expedited shipping. Make sure the console you're purchasing is eligible for expedited shipping.

    The code is not necessary to receive the 50,000 credits, so if it's not used, you will still receive the credits.
