If all fails you will either need to set up a repair (steps available on same link) or contact Xbox Support like mentioned on that troubleshooting page. When contacting Xbox Support use either the Phone option or the Microsoft Support Chat option on http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

If the console is enrolled in a Insider preview OS, OSU1 (offline system update) cannot be used to restore the xbox console system files. It needs to be factory reset.

If using a wired ethernet cable connection, it must be disconnected from the console prior to attempting a Offline System Update.

E101 generally points to a hardware fault with the console and requires repairing if factory reset fails.

Support cannot help with self-repair.

Further to that, there are a series of actions to be taken based on the code you've received.

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to the Xbox One not turning on, have you tried to troubleshoot the console using the steps provided in the support article for
E 200 Error? If not, I would suggest trying these steps to try and resolve the issue. If you have tried the steps, at the end of
the wizard it should provide you with a solution best fit for the current situation. In this case your console might need to be serviced.

If that's the case, you will either have to seek out a local repair shop as we no longer service the Original Xbox One if it's out of warranty, or you can also try and replace the unit with another Xbox One as another option.
