Series S will not do anything!

Hi all.

I really hope someone can help! I have a series S Xbox and for some reason I cannot sign in, play games, saying my connection is down but I test connection it says it’s fine. I get a black screen with a spinning circle and nothing ever happens than a try again later.

I’ve done the hard reset and hasn’t done anything. I haven’t changed my email address. I’ve signed out of my Xbox One.

What else can I do?

Try to restore keeping games and apps, please be sure that you know your account email and password:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console screen, you'll see three option use this one, be sure you remember the email and password of you're accounts:

Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps

So I do not need to do anything to the one s prior to receiving the xbox series s?

We are having the same issue with our series s and can't do anything on it right now

Also yes, the Xbox Series S is capable of anything it's big brother the Series X can do, so it can use Game Pass features.

Series S will not do anything!
