Series S not loading anything

The latest insider preview delta ring is causing issues and nothing is loading. I can't seem to even fix it. I tried restarting and nothing helped

Edit: the OS version is 10.0.2262.4464 {xb_flt_2305ni.230427-2200}

I can't even report an issue because the report a problem app doesn't load

Hi, Tanner. My name is Ron, I'm an independent advisor. I will be more than happy to help you.

Please do the steps below in sequence to do a factory reset and let me know if it works:

- Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

- Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

- Wait 30 seconds.

- Plug the power cord back in.

- Press and hold the BIND button (the one you use to sync controllers) and the EJECT button, and then press the Xbox button on the console.

- Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

- Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart.

Note: If you don't hear two power-up tones after 15 seconds, it means this failed. Likewise, if you hear any “power-down” chirps, that also means this failed.

- You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

- The console should start and show the Troubleshooting screen

- Choose "reset this Xbox" and there you have an option to Keep Games and Apps (already downloaded) or to Remove Everything

Since you have an Xbox Series S console, press and hold the Xbox button and the Pair button instead, as your console doesn’t have an Eject button.

Let me know if doing the factory reset sorts out the issue.

No my Xbox 1 is saying same thing as well as my s series

My Series S cant connect, load games, or anything. My wifes xbox one is having no problems whatsoever. We are in the SAME house and using the SAME internet connection.

Any game that works on a Series X will work on a Series S and vice versa. Anything that is only listed as just Series X is usually the physical disc version since the Series S is only digital.

Crashing to desktop 4 times during load screens Xbox series S

You are correct, I’ve sat with both machines if I load him up only only on the series S and load Forza Horizon 4, and then load me up on the one S, it tells Me I’m already playing this game on the series S. it’s most baffling.

And thanks to Xbox live chat telling me do this do that reset both consoles etc etc… I now have zero home swaps left on either account.
