Series S no longer takes HDR screenshots

My screenshots are in SDR suddenly but HDR is fine with games and when I check on 4k tv settings it says that HDR settings are ok. This has been going on for a week maybe my older screenshots are in HDR. It's kinda big deal to me because I love taking screenshots and now they look all dim and dark.. and I haven't changed tv.

Any help is appreciated thanks!

Have you tried using another HDMI cable?

You can also try the hard reset and check what happens.

Ok this is weird.. even resetting did not work.. hopefully when the new dashboard update comes it fixes this.. haven't received it yet

Oh it did fix it now screenshots have HDR!

Did not work still only SDR screenshots.. maybe I have to try system reset?

That's right, please try this.

Go to Settings>System>Console Information

And restart keeping your games.

Note that the console accounts will be removed, so you will need to have the email and password for each account to log back in.

Your progress, achievements, purchases and other data will remain intact, don't worry about that, you won't lose any data, the only thing you need to do is to log in again.
