Series S grainy playback with streaming apps

    Anyone know how to fix this? My series s seems to have a film grain like effect on all streaming apps. It doesn’t happen for games though. Or is this just the way it’s supposed to be

    Check that HDCP is active in settings, you may be being limited to 480p

    If it's any incorrect/corrupted settings, this will reset the settings.

    Welcome to the community. How are you?

    Reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

    Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

    In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

    To reset the console>

    Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

    ***Do not reset the console without having your account email and password.
