If one did they wouldmt habe games because it would invite theft

There is nothing stopping you from giving it to an unlimited amount of friends and giving them free digital copies

You purchazed a digital console only compatible with digital games not disks and yes it's says it on the box

Is there not a way to get the digital rights without having to purchase the 2 week old game again at $70?

You would need to own the game digitally in order to play it on the Series S. Since you own it on disc, the disc needs to be in the disc drive to verify you own the game. That's not possible on a Series S.

I just bought the series x and didn’t have the issue on the one S. Very frustrating I’m going to return it
