Series S constant disconnect from Live.

My Xbox series S just constantly gets disconnected from Xbox live almost every 40 minutes for about 5 seconds then reconnects. This is infuriating. I use a wired connection and every other device is fine even the old Xbox one s doesn't have this stuff happen. I've replaced the ethernet cable three times today and still get disconnect. I've reset my modem multiple times and still nothing. Was fine a week ago but not now. I've tried everything. Hard reset the Xbox (unplugged everything held power button for 10 seconds). I'm not sure if there's something faulty on this series S. But in my experience so far the one s is waaaaay better never ever had any issues with the one s, the series S is a nightmare. Literally bought this brand new last year from Walmart. Never dropped it, never damaged it. But just constant issues. Where as my one s is so beat to a pulp it's falling apart yet still works perfectly. Need assistance with this. Ty.

I'm sorry you're having problems with your console. please follow these steps to try and fix your problem

-Make sure your device is up to date.

-Power cycle your console.

hmm lets see uhh did you try turning off your modem on your connection b/c sometimes when the connection gets interupted you could lose connection and all that so turn your wirless box of for like 30sec and turn it back on so it could refresh the connection
and try that sometimes that works for me and if you try it and nothing works then try and rebooting the whole system then

Hello brizlek! Would you be able to try changing your DNS settings on your console? Set them to manual, then input these server addresses: 4.2.2.1 for Primary, and 4.2.2.2 for Secondary. Let us know how that goes.

Is it just me or whilst wiating for this update is anyone else getting constant disconnections from Xbox Live. Alright maybe constant is a bit strong but 3 times in the last hour and 6 times today overall.

Am I alone ???
