Series S connection issue

Just to cover the possibility, did you tried connecting the console to a completely different wifi network?
For example sharing mobile data via wifi hotspot and connect your console in that way.

If the issue persists with other networks. Try the next :

go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

Once you’re inside the Advanced Settings menu, go to DNS settings and select Manual from the list of available options.
When you get to the next screen, enter 8.8.8.8 in the box associated with the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary DNS box.

Once the default DNS addresses have been changed, restart your console and see if the issue has been resolved at the next console startup.
(If that doesn't improve the network use instead 1.1.1.1 as primary and 1.0.0.1 as secondary)

Or try cleaning your MAC address:

Select Setting > Network > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address
Select Clear, restart your console and give it a new try

Also for more information my Xbox series s will connect to this internet. And after contacting t mobile they said it was not an issue on their side.

"some internet issues" is pretty vague but try restarting your Xbox series s and if that doesn't work forget your Wi-Fi network then re-connect to it? lastly maybe try an ethernet cable?

Series S/X games cannot be played from a hard drive connected via USB. Series S/X games can only be played from the internal drive or the official expansion cards that attach directly in the back of the console. Again, no USB connected drives can play Series S/X games.
