We understand you are having issues with your Series 2 Elite controller is unresponsive and not working properly. I understand how frustrating it can be when your controller is not functioning as expected and you are unable to enjoy your games. No worries, I will do my best to help you sort this out for you to get back to gaming.

There are a few things you can try to troubleshoot this issue.

First, make sure your controller is updated to the latest firmware. You can do this by connecting your controller to your Xbox via USB cable and going to Settings > Devices & connections > Accessories. Select your controller and then select Firmware version. If there's an update available, follow the instructions to install it.

Second, try resetting your controller. You can do this by pressing and holding the pair button on the back of the controller for 10 seconds. This will clear any wireless interference or corrupted data that might be causing the problem.
Third, try reassigning your controller to your profile. You can do this by pressing the Xbox button on the controller and then selecting Profile & system > Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & passkey. Choose the option to sign in with a controller and then follow the steps to assign your controller to your profile.

I'm nit sure though my elite series 2 had some issues, I had unresponsive buttons and stick drift, I took mine back to the store, but they had not elite controllers in stock I got the Razer ultimate edition instead and I'm loving it at the moment

I have the same proboem with my elite series 2 i got it on christmas as a gift and i hot home from school a few weeks ago and my RB was completly unresponsive and i’ve done nothing that could of caused that

One guy from your support Hotline said there is a change planned in production to fix this issue.

Can you already say when this will be?
