Series 2 Elite controller and its bumpers

I have been through 4-5 elite series 2 controllers, I have proof with my EB games orders. The bumpers have broken after 3-4 months everytime. they told me to not come in as its becoming excessive the amount of controllers i am going through. so now i try and fix it myself. i have taken off the faceplate and done work to my right bumper and that works like normal but the left is so inconsistent. sometimes it works perfectly other times not at all. Stupid controller claiming to have gone through extensive testing. I remember watching the release for it all the testing on the joysticks and buttons they had going over and over. I have taken off the face plate of the controller so much i have snapped the black and grey wires on the left. i assume for vibration or something. And the silver dpad ring popped out too. The engineering is actually quite smart but the bumpers are flimsy and were rushed. I dont mind the paddles on this and dont want to spend all the money on scuf. RELEASE A NEW BATCH OF SERIES 2S OR HURRY UP WITH THE SERIES 3.

I'm sorry to here that sadly I had my elite series 2 controller do the same thing, it started with the x button and then the bumpers, I noticed stick drift of both the sticks, sadly when I went to the store to exchange it for another one they had no
elite series 2 controllers in stock, I switched to the Razer wolverine ultimate edition and so far its a great controller

I tried to fill out repair order, but, as mentioned above, those are the only options i got.

Bumper IS a known issue, as you can see.

Btw., it doenst matter what caused 2 years warranty, it is in place and i'm in the right to use it.

Yeah the Elite Series 2 was basically improved from feedback of users of the Elite Series 1

Many problems were fixed including the bumpers and the grip that also came loose after some time

Hey I have got an Elite Series 2 controller the day it was released and it's a really good controller in my opinion. The only thing that I have a problem with is the bumpers LB and RB. They move twice when pressed instead of once like it should. I try moving
tabs on Xbox Home by pressing the bumpers and it goes to far right or left kind of annoying at times.

Other than that its a good controller the trigger stops are nice as well and the paddles are smaller than the Previous Elite Controller.
