serie X controller not fully working - windows 10 BT

Hi,

My new xbox serie X controller has some problems while connected via bluetooth on my windows 10 PC.

The triggers are not recognized and the controller is not recognized as a xbox controller in windows settings or in steam but as a 6axis 16 buttons joypad.

First capture, connected via bluetooth:

Here the triggers do nothing.

Second via USB:

Here triggers is Axe Z.

The controller works normally when it's connected via usb.

What am I supposed to do?

The controller is supposed to be supported via bluetooth and on windows 10 (Windows Anniversary minimum).

Configuration Details: windows 10 2004 up to date, controller updated via usb-c.

I hesitated to return my controller, xbox one controller seems to have the same problem and it is not resolve as I see.

Does anyone have succeeded to connect the controller via BT and has everything working well?

I had the same issue before, but it works now by somehow idn.

I did some updating and clearing to the Windows.

That's a Series X/S controller right? I think I have the same issue. Pretty sure its related to the same problem many people had just getting these controllers to work on Windows 10 via BT.

For moment we're just going to have to leave it and hope they fix it with a Windows update. I don't use my Series X controller much on PC as I've got two other Xbox One controllers.

The Xbox One S controller's bluetooth functionality is not supported for smartphones of any kind.

The only official drivers for the controller were released for Windows 10, meaning you will need a laptop or desktop (with BT connectivity) running a fully updated Windows 10 installation.

The Series S and X controllers work on same devices the earlier controller can connect to. This includes:

Xbox One Game receiver for Windows 10

Bluetooth (PC, Android, iOS)

Xbox One, One S, X and Series X/S.

If your controller works on other PC's bar the one you actually want to use it on there is either something wrong with your PC or there is a problem with your Windows installation. Drivers for both the Xbox One and Series controllers are already built into Windows 10 and 11, therefore there is no external drivers to download.

As for Bluetooth, a standard BT dongle on Amazon cost no more than around $10-12.
