september purchases

My purchase from 9/30 is still not showing on MY VIP. When will these purchases be reflected? thank you

Why don't the digital games you buy in the game store count for your rewards program.

You were Credited for that purchase in September with the September MyVIP payback on purchases. This Credit event can be reviewed from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

We see that you were awarded payback for your purchase in September. However, since we only award on every $10 increment, your purchase in November was not awarded, and that amount was reserved to complete a $10 increment in a following month. Since you
have made no purchases after September besides this one purchase in November, you have not been awarded payback.

 

Due to tracking issues September rebates have been delayed, but should show up by the end of the month.
