September 2% rebate for VIP star level 1

nevet got my cash back points for September.. I'm Canadian and this transition to Microsoft rewards has put my September rebate and pending points in limbo...I should get my September rebate as the the program didn't change till Oct 1. I'm looking for
my points Microsoft... please....I'm poor... your not.....

Xbox Live rewards rebate issue

As of September 2014, VIP status is no longer based on gamerscore (btw, legend status only have 3% back). VIP status is now based on star levels. You need at least 1 star level in order to receive a VIP rebate.

Gamerscore rewards

Prior to September 2014, VIP rebates were based on gamerscore. That would have been a rebate for purchases you made back then. In September 2014, the VIP program was changed to what is now the star levels. There are no credits given for reaching new achievement
tiers.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

If you purchased it during September, it would be part of your VIP rebate for that month if you have at least 1 star level. Otherwise, there have not been any specific offers to receive credits for that game.
