    If you joined in Sept. of 2007, your profile should currently be 5 years. This Sept., meaning Sept. of 2013, your profile will turn 6 years old. 2007 - 2012 is 5 years, it is only Jan. of this year so your profile is only 5.

    As you can see, the message came in on Sept 1. It's now Sept 6. How much more time do they need? I reported someone else yesterday and it was instant.

    The date in the store is a glitch. The game will release, according to the Bungie website, at 12 am EST on Sept. 6.
