Separation Anxieties!

Hello, I hope somebody can help with the following issue:

I am the primary user of our Family account; Father, Mother, Daughter and Son.

Unfortunately, my partner and I are recently separated.

Only myself (Father) and my Son play on Xbox but we set up accounts for Mother and Daughter so that we could play in a guild in Gems of War.

Now we are separated, we would still like to play the same accounts on GoW but would like to change the Mother and Daughter's Xbox account details.

We do not wish to delete the Xbox accounts as we would lose the 100's of hours spent levelling their GoW accounts.

What can we do?

Black Separation Crystal

Is the black separation crystal a re-useable item like the Orange Guidance Soapstone???

Also I see it says that it banishes phantoms, but does that means, the red phantoms(invaders) of the blue ones(summons)?? Or both of them???

Last time I checked the black separation stone does not work on invaders.
