    Sent Xbxo controller for repair no updates


    Sent my xbxox controller for repair in February.

    Has been received in Daventry but no updates since, unable to request callback function. Getting closer to the 30 day limit with no response.

    Does anyone have a Uk phone number or a way of actually speaking to a real represenative instead of a web bot?

    The repair took over 1 month!

    With no updates from Microsoft until the replacement was sent out.

    So i did not know if it was received or anything.

    The ups update you have is correct and your controller was received by Microsoft.

    You may have a long wait.
