    Sent xbox for repair,still broken, can't send again


    Hello to everyone,

    I sent my xbox to Frankfurt microsoft for repair as it would turn on or anything,they sent it back saying it was fine but now it is in an e102 error loop, i have tried offline updating multiple times but it only fixes things short term,

    Now i want to send it back for repairs, but it will only let me send accessories not the console itself

    HELP

    If you're not seeing the options for phone/chat support, change your category/topic. Billing options almost always give them.

    is it coming up with the same issue each time you offline update?

    once the offline updat has finnished have you tried updating it online?

    I would send it back to repair!!!

    I'm surprised that you were able to get a disc back because it does state that any extra stuff sent wont be returned. Just open up a repair request again.
