Sent verification code but never received

I have the same problem. I had bought in game items before via mobile. But now its asking for a verification code which was sent to my mobile which i never received. And there is no option to receive the verification code on any email. Its not the mobile
operators problem too. Please fix it and help me out here

That's odd. Do you go back to the link I sent you and the number is still registered there? I removed it and to add the number again asked me for the verification code and I received it normally. I received it with and without the ninth digit.

Unfortunately, these emails seem to give a lot of us problems. It's like you have to try at random times in order for the email to go through.

If you needed to update some items right away, you could still do so with the help of a Billing Agent by calling 1-800-4MY-XBOX

A few months ago I once tried to update my info, went to the billing site, was told to check my email for a code but I never got one.

One week later I get the email but it looks like the code is no longer valid.

It's odd because 2 days ago I went to the billing site again and I got the email right away.
