Sent my Xbox one x project scorpio edition for repair!!!

I just wanted to inform you that I received my Xbox from UPS today however I didn’t receive a new Xbox it was the same one I sent back although this is good news also there’s 2 scratches on the back of the Xbox and I didn’t have any scratches on the back
when I sent it!! also when I spoke to the Xbox team they promised they’d send me a months free trial so I don’t lose out on my Xbox live membership if you can’t send one not to worry!...

However I’m annoyed about the damage on the back of the Xbox, when you stated they were going to send me out a replacement I assumed that it was going to be a new one I’ve checked the serial number and it’s the same. I got a letter stating that they’ve reset
my Xbox back to factory settings and they State “we’ve put this Xbox through extensive hardware testing etc etc nothing about the repair or replacement.. looks like a generic letter to be honest :/ it’s taken me like an hour or two to install my games on
my hard drive which is disappointing that they couldn’t just replace the power supply or was the console in that bad of a condition they had to reset the whole thing as part of the test?

So disappointed in MS :/
