    Sent back broken Series S one month ago no news


    Hello,

    My new Series S constantly crashed after a couple minutes on all games (seems like semi-common issue on Series S/X)

    Opened Service order to send back for repairs on Nov.30th, Microsoft got the console on Dec.2nd, they created shipping label to send back to me on Dec.3rd and label was canceled on 18th since nothing shipped out. No news since.

    What do I do now? How do I get this resolved? When I called every option said to resolve this online.

    I bought a new console, never worked, now it's been in Microsofts hands for more than one month.

    What do I do?
