    Yup 360 controller is IR not Bluethoot. You need a Xbox One S controller for bluethoot connectivity.

    Hi iShamDdin1,

    I could be wrong but I am pretty sure the Xbox 360 wireless controllers never had bluetooth support and therefore may not work with your phone. If you are looking for a bluetooth controller for your phone, you would need to use the Xbox
    One Wireless Controller    .

    If you look here on the Xbox Live service status page you will see currently there are a few issues, friends being one and sending requests/receiving invites is also affected. Live
    has been pretty sketchy the last 12hrs or so. You will just have to keep checking the status to find out when the issue is resolved, but they are working on it. Just going to have to give them some time.

    I couldn't even sign in earlier today but it seems that has been fixed and only a few unresolved issues are left.

    So to answer your question you cannot fix it, you're just going to have to wait for Microsoft to resolve the issues, sorry.

    I think this would not be possible as in EU and US and other countries is different VAT. I do not think it will be possible.

    On the other hand you can buy Global key from different stores and send it to the person.
