    you will need to provide your own box, a plain one with no markings on it it, and package it really well so it doesnt get damaged on its journey. Remember not to send your HD with it, make a note of its serial number, you will probably get a refurb one back.....if
    you have a long time left on its warranty, force them to send yours back to you. Customer service will help in this

    Thanks for asking a really great question! I know it can be difficult sometimes when sending in any electronic device for servicing or repair, but no worries, we have got your back! If you've already set up the repair order from our site, then a label will
    be sent to you via email. You do need to get your own shipping box in order to send the console in for repair. Normally, the shipping instructions are sent along with the label email but you can also get

    shipping instructions    , as well as packing instructions, from our support site.
