sending messages error

Discus and support sending messages error in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i can't. send messages even i got code and restarted xbox it is the same i keep geting same info to get sms with code n register it dont work...     Error When Sending Messages

    Hi, Every time I try to send messages I get an error saying "Message cannot be sent" , my reputation is fine and I can't think of any reason for this to be happening, how can I fix this?

    Hello,

    What is the error code you are getting?

    Please try some of these steps to try resolve the problem, test it after each step as you might not have to do all of them.

    Step 1. Go to settings > System > Storage > (highlight the hard drive, press Y to enter device options) clear system cache. Then shut down your xbox unplug it from the wall (restart router if possible) when the router is fully rebooted, plug the xbox back
    in, boot it up and go into network settings and test network connection

    If that doesn't work

    Step 2. Go to settings > system > storage > hard drive > go through all of your hard drive content and delete any partial incomplete file with a yellow exclamation icon. Once all of them is removed if any please clear system cache again and then just reboot
    the console

    If this problem.persists there is one last option I would advise before contacting Xbox Customer Support. System update rollback. This will nit affect any gamesaves or DLC. Go to settings > system > storage> highlight the hard drive and press the buttons
    in this order > LEFT bumper RIGHT bumper, X, LEFT bumper RIGHT BUMPER, X, thus will prompt you to download the system update again, please ensure no network connection drops while this is done. The console will reboot itself, this should be attempted as a
    last resort.

    Additionally it could be an undocumented fault on the servers, but for now we should treat it ad a local problem than server-side

    Last addition, step 4. Re-download your gamer tag if all 3 steps fail.

    I figured it out. You have go to Microsoft security settings and set up identity verification and two step verification.
