sending me rewards emails in wrong language

All emails I am getting from live rewards are in the wrong language. I can't read them. They appear to be in German.

I read, write, and always transact in English (US).

My Microsoft account is english, english, english.

My xbox region is US

my xbox language is english

My xbox locale is english (us)

xbox chat support was unable to answer or even understand the problem. Zero training or usefulness.

DoB change

Wish to alter the D.o.B on my rewards account, due to it sending me birthday email at the wrong time of the year, and my other microsoft acounts have the correct D.o.B

Xbox rewards says im an overlord

I was checking my email and Xbox Rewards says I'm an overlord and for having 100k Gamerscore they are sending me 5000 Microsoft points to spend, that's pretty awesome of them.Does anyone else use the Rewards site?

All the information we have for your account is set to the German region. Both your Rewards and Microsoft Account are set to the German region. We do not use the information from your personal Xbox to determine this regional information. You will have to
change your region via your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account) from Germany. We base our email language off of the regional language of your account.

They have my email hooked up with my gamer profile and they send me my reward points scores and different things but am I on the wrong thing to receive emails of like $10 gift cards please lead me to the right way

Hello Thomas,

Email settings misconfiguration could be a reason why you're receiving emails in a different language. We suggest checking if your time zone and country in the settings is correct. Here are the steps on how to check time zone and country of your account:

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/ and sign in.

Select Edit personal info.

Locate Home, choose your country on the drop-down that you can see beside Country/ region.

Kindly set your Country's region and time zone.

Hit Save.

Kindly check if your account's region is set up correctly. Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/ and then select Edit personal info.

Please check your Country/ region. Set your Country's region to US and time zone then save it. It will also depend to your email domain.
