    Basically I need to send an xbox elite 2 controller back on warranty just wondering what I actually sent back with it? Is it just controller without the pop off analogs? Because I saw someone that you just get controller back with no extra parts, can someone
    help answer plesse as need to send it back soon, would appreciate any help Sending back an xbox elite 2 properly? :)

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on the given situation. I can totally see how this could be pretty distressing. I would say to try again in a day as it sometimes takes a couple of hours for your order to get properly cancel so that you can
    try another. If it doesn't allow you to continue after that, I would get in contact with
    customer support
    to see if you can relay what happened to them and have them help how they can.

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

    Not really, just enough so it doesn't get damaged in shipping. Probably just wrap some bubble wrap around it and add some filler to the box depending on the size of the box you us.
