    I sent a refund request, it was denied. I was told I could put in a second refund request but I am not able to. I dont have the option to request the refund a second time for that purchase.

    Phone/chat support no longer handle refunds.

    Then if the refund was denied and you can't request another one, there's nothing else that can be done.

    Hi olivertozlian,

    Under After you have submitted a refund request on the How to make an Xbox digital
    product refund request     support page, it does mention if you have a question to reply to the decision email.

    If you are not able to put a second request in, it may be best to send an email with your query.
