Send to repair my console? help !!

hello, good morning I have a doubt sending my console xbox one to the technical support.

in the xbox support page I have the guarantee activated, but I can not find my purchase ticket. Is there a problem with that? or is the tiket sent along with the console? I'd appreciate your help.

Sorry, we are unable to play this disc.

My roommate had this same problem. Just return it or send it to xbox for repair.

Xbox 360 Not Powering ON

I had the same problem. it is with the new xbox E version. It wouldn't turn on and i went to try a different power brick and that didnt help. Only way to fix it is to send it in for repair.

I would contact Xbox Support (phone or chat). They have access to the customer records, especially all information about your console repair.

I ended up sending my console in for repair (this is the second time I've had to repair it)

Hey folks,

I'd suggest getting them to give you a callback and arrange this console exchange to happen by phone.

They can raise the exchange ticket on your behalf if you provide them the info.
