    Send code to wrong email, recovery?


    Redeemed a $5 Microsoft currency reward and it sent to an inactive email that I cannot recover. Is there any rewards history or a way that I can have that code sent to my current email?

    Needs to be an option to just add the redeemed rewards directly to your Microsoft account, or is there one and I missed it?

    OK, I've finally got the codes, but they don't work... When I entered in the code I got from my email inbox it says: "The wrong code was entered. Send a new code to your email and try again."

    Then when I click on "Send me another code." it says "We couldn't send the code. Please try again."
