Selling my Xbox due to military service - Where does all my DLC go? I spent $100s on this stuff

So, I am joining the military, selling my Xbox.

Where does my DLC go? Obviously it is wiped from the console, but I paid a lot of money for these games and such.

I expect to be able to re-download these games when I get my new console. Otherwise, I would like a refund.

Where are my DLC Cars?

Thanks Crunch! I paid $10 for a bunch of stuff and I HAVE to purchase them again? I don't understand. So based on what you said, does that mean that my cars are available, but only in Career Mode? I've looked all around my garage and I can't find them
anywhere and not sure HOW I can drive them, so hoping you can help me understand WHERE I go to find my purchased cars? This is a Train Wreck. I've been an XBoxer since 06 and never seen such a Train Wreck as this :-( Thanks for the response, appreciate
your support I guess the main point is "Why did I buy these DLC cars if I cannot use them in Free Play/Drive and WHY do I have to buy them again?" I spent ~$20 on a bunch of stuff and so far I cannot find JACK :-(

Payment Option Help?

Okay, so on my account my family had an old credit card on it and it was canceled some time ago, because we couldn't afford it i believe, And now i am suspended from xbox live? We currently don't have a credit card that could be put on my account. So does
this mean that I will lose all my marketplace items? Because we've spent well over 100s of dollars on them. I just don't want to lose this account. Please help me.

Anything you purchase is tied to your account, not the console. So you can redownload it when you get a new console.

I'm wondering why only certain players can get a refund, in my opinion this is not fair because of certain month's DLC was purchased. I purchased all of the stuff in July so you're telling me even though I spent around $100 to $200 in microtransactions I
cannot qualify because it was in July?!?

The reason why is because they dont want to "endorse" US military services. Much like they dont want to endorse all of Saudi Arabia or Turkey's Armed Forces.

And considering Xbox live is available in regions that the US Military does NOT 'keep safe', nor does the US military keep us "ALL safe". I would be more open to the idea if mutiple countries militaries were represented, but until that day, Live should not
"endorse" all of the US military service branches.

I received a email saying my Xbox Live account has been subject to enforcement action due to a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement.

i understand that some people may view him as a controversial political figure but its the fact that he is not. And to say its to do with him being in the military is bogus as look at all the games about war and military’s on xbox

I'm 100% digital and that is good because I always sell stuff and wish I had it later. This prevents my addictive 'selling stuff to fund beer or pc parts' cycle
