    So my son has sold his Xbox One S to a friend with his digital games and information on it. He also helped him set up his own profile on that Xbox. He erased my credit card info and is going to purchase new games and such with Xbox gift cards. Does
    the friend have access to all of his games still?

    Hello yes with his gamertag still on console he does. Best thing to do is to change the password to his account. He can also login at microsoft.com and remove console from list of devices. If he gets a new console. Make sure he makes new console his home
    console.
