Sekiro crashes on my series X, and refund request denied

Just a friendly reminder though that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the refund team. In this case, you may need to reply to the email denying your refund request in that way they can check it for you.

I accidentally purchased Cold War standard edition on my Series X. The standard version is barely playable because it always crashes the console. I tried to get a refund for the game, but it was 16 days and not 14 days after digital purchase. I would like
to get the cross-gen version of Cold War, so that I can play without it always crashing. So far Xbox support has denied my request based on the 14 day rule. I think they could make an exception.

Dude, bought dead by daylight, and it didn’t even work. So i sent in a refund request because the game would constantly crash and was essentially unplayable, and they denied my refund request, they didnt even give me a reason for denying it. Because they
wanna keep their stupid $12 for a crappy game that doesn’t even work. Because all they care about is money, not their customers.

The same thing is going on with me. The game actually shuts my Xbox series x off, usually before I can finish a game. I sent in a refund request and it was immediately denied. I’ve been waiting almost a week to hear back from Microsoft after I replied to the email that informed me it was denied. This is super frustrating, and nobody at customer support will help

Having the same issue. Requested refund when I saw Microsofts error in dlc payment. Got denied a refund. Called and talked to support and was told to email refunds department with request to expedite and case number. Got denied. I'm sick of MS being MFers and sticking it to gamers. I buy dozens of titles a year and my number of refunds shouldn't be limited to a X number but as a function of total purchases.
