  3. Nothing seems to work anymore

Okay so since this new update rolled out my xbox one has stopped recognizing discs, it won't let me into games and it won't authenticate my xbox live account. My downloaded games have worked just fine and I have one being downloaded right now. I talked with
support twice since Monday and nothing they have said has done any good, in fact yesterday the advice I got seemed to make my problem worse. I was told (by the first guy on Monday) to reset my counsel. I did, twice. Got home from work yesterday, wouldn't recognize
the discs again, would authenticate so I reset it three times while I waited to talk to support again. The second guy told me to remove my account and power cycle before putting it back on. Do all that and then it won't let me add my account back on. I reset
it another three times for the same result. Today I have done a factory restore and still have run into my xbox refusing to read discs. The discs are all clean but I'll put them in and it will tell me 'make sure you are using an xbox one game' I'm pretty sure
I only have an xbox one that is able to work right now though not properly.

I'm done with contacting support for bad advice, all I wanted was a solution to a problem that is going on a week now. It worked fine on Sunday evening, nothing was wrong.

I don't know what else to do.

Hello PWEEMARTIN, Have you checked your NAT settings? You do this by going to settings , network, network settings, Test Nat. You should also test network connection and Test multiplayer connection. Also are you wired or wireless?

Audio problems. Nothing seems to fix it.

Hello Holly L, My name is Khaji I am the independent advisor and I will be happy to help you today.

If you're experiencing audio problems in Tom Clancy's The Division, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Ensure that both you and your friend have the correct audio settings enabled for Xbox Party Chat. On the Xbox Series X, go to the guide menu by pressing the Xbox button on your controller, navigate to the party tab, and check the party chat settings. Make sure the audio settings are set to "Headset & Speakers" or "Headset Only" to ensure that you can hear each other.

    2. Confirm that your headsets are fully compatible with the Xbox Series X. While they may have worked fine previously, it's possible that they may have compatibility issues with the new console. Check the manufacturer's website or product documentation to ensure that the headsets are compatible with the Xbox Series X and that any required firmware updates have been installed.

    3. Try different headset configurations to isolate the issue. For example, you can try connecting your headset directly to the Xbox controller instead of using wireless functionality or vice versa. Additionally, you can try using a different pair of headsets to see if the problem persists. This can help determine if the issue is specific to your headsets or the Xbox Series X.

    4. Perform a full power cycle of the Xbox Series X. Hold down the power button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it fully shuts down. Afterward, unplug the power cord from the back of the console, wait for a few minutes, then reconnect the power cord and turn on the Xbox again. This can help clear any temporary software glitches that may be affecting the audio.

    5. Ensure that both you and your friend have stable and reliable internet connections. Poor network connectivity can sometimes cause issues with voice chat. Consider running a network connection test on the Xbox Series X to check for any potential issues.

    6. Try testing the voice chat functionality with other games or apps on the Xbox Series X. This can help determine if the problem is specific to Tom Clancy's The Division or if it's a broader issue with the console or headsets.

Thank you very much for your patience and understanding! If you need anything else, do not hesitate to contact us again.

    Nothings working. Can someone help?

Hi and thanks for reaching Microsoft Xbox gamer's community. My name is Josef.
I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft Xbox user like you.

Hope you're doing great today despite this BigJames

Additional information is needed, please tell me:

Are you using an insider build / beta OS in your console?
Is this happening with basically all your games or only GTA V?
And, what did you tried so far to fix this problem
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    ———
In the meantime try power cycling your console
    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and verify
