Let's try to get you back into your quests.

You can try to change your connection DNS.

Please, follow these steps:

1. Go to "Profile and System" and select "Settings."

2. In the Settings menu, select "General," then choose "Network settings."

3. Select the network you're connected to, then select "Advanced settings."

4. Select Manual and on the DNS field, input these:

Primary: 8.8.8.8

Secondary: 8.8.4.4

5. Save settings.

6. Restart your console and try to connect to Discord again.

I purchased the expansion from xbox.com which means I don't enter the key code for the expansion. I can't figure out how to contact someone at Microsoft either. So I am here... seeking wisdom.

Fizz, I am not set up for wireless on the 360. I did not try a different cord because it worked when I plugged it into two computers. When you move do you get a new IP address if so would the 360 be looking for my old IP address.

I also bypassed the router and plugged it in to the back of the modem with the same results.
