if i buy a game and i don't want it anymore and i only hod it for 2 hours can i uninstall it and the money go back into my bank account??

Be aware that submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a refund. If the refund request is denied, you can reply to the email about the refund denial and explain your situation again. The refund team will review your request one more time. If the refund is denied again, unfortunately nothing else could be done.
