See all games and apps goes black

Hey all,

Not sure what is happening but when I try to show all games and apps the screen goes black after a few seconds.

The box is not locked up, I can go back to home and I can start and play games, run apps that are already pinned but I cannot get the full list to show.

I've done the soft restart a few times, and even did a plug pull for 60 seconds restart but still get the black screen on "see all games and apps" after a few seconds.

Ideas? Note I'm not new to the system but this is the first I've ever experienced this failure.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Want to get a little more information. When you select want to see all, is this ready to install or installed? If installed, are they on an external drive or the internal drive? Any additional information will help us to
assist you better.

Hi All,

Thanks for all the replies and updates. We recommend a
full factory reset and start fresh. So when you go to reset console, select reset and remove everything. Try this and let us know. Also note: if in the preview program you will need to post on the

insider forum.

Update all,

There has been at least one console update since I first posted in December but I still have this problem. Anyone have any ideas on this?
