    Hi Mister, the security question for what? If you mean security question for the Email I didn't create a security question I linked it to my Main Windows Live ID.

    My apology---- Personally, That is what worked for me. I think the dual security feature can also be turned off still.

    Unfortunately you'll have to contact Microsoft over the phone. Those guys work wonders along with billing and etc.

    You've answered a question the OP didn't ask there Bong.

    Even if you have the "remember password" option enabled you will still on occasion be prompted for additional security proofs. This is Microsoft continuing efforts to make accounts safer from phising and other methods that could be used to compromise an
    account.

    -

    If you have the required proofs on your account then try deleting and recovering your profile

    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete    . That should refresh your profile's 'memory' as it were.

    Personally all I did was select cancel a few times when prompted for extra security proofs and it hasn't bothered me since.

    Select "remember password on this console" to have it become a trusted device. Then you can just login by seleting your profile. GOOD LUCK!!!!
