Security flaw with accounts on Xbox Desktop App

After attempting to rectify this issue with microsoft support we came to the conclusion there is no solution and that there is a security flaw in the xbox desktop app.

In the break room at my office we have a few gaming computers, a few of my coworkers and I logged into each of them and opened the xbox desktop app so we could access our play anywhere titles. When we opened the app we logged in normally and chose not to
login to any other apps with our windows account besides the xbox app.

After we logged out we saw our emails were still showing as sign in options for the xbox app. I Clicked on my email and it logged me in right away. It didn't ask for my password again. I attempted to find a way to erase my email from the app so no one could
login as me but there was no place to do that. The only way I could ensure no one would log on to my account was to go in on another computer and change my password.

If you want people using their xbox accounts on the desktop app you need to make it mandatory for the user to be prompted for their password on public gaming computers found in internet cafes, gaming centers, shared computers, and at offices.

I would love to play Sea of Thieves at work and other play anywhere titles but I won't be doing that if microsoft does not secure the login and sign out feature of their desktop app. Please rectify this issue as soon as possible so people can feel safe logging
in on their xbox accounts on publicly used computers.

    Security Flaw?

Yes a new account which I created assuming I could get xbox live support. Through the console I tried to assign my gamer profile a new email address but cannot since I can't remember the password to the existing address it has on file. I haven't used it
since 2002 when I signed up. Aside from that I'm logged in and posting under another userid which I cannot change, I'd be mad seeing threads under my id which I didn't create.

    Security Flaw?

Hmmmm....just so we're clear, I am not referring to the xbox console interface but this current site forums.xbox.com.

    Security Flaw?

Just goto the profile you want to sign in everytime and click sign in then repeat the proccess for autosign in

Or you can have no autosign in and select a profile each time to sign in
