    Someone explain to me why it takes a whole month to change my security info, doesn't let my card go through, then when I try to use a gift card code to purchase a game....it says I can't use the gift card for that purchase. Can't even use the damn thing
    until January now. Only had the xbox for 3 months and ya'll putting me through these hoops.

    Can I ask why it's a 30 day lockdown? I changed my contact details on my main Microsoft Account due to a change in my emails, and I can no longer sign in on my XBOX for a month. That's a month I lose from my GOLD account.
