Second suspension on top of the one I was already serving for communication ...

So I was suspended on the 20th of Oct. for communication until the 3rd of Nov. okay fine so I just decided I was gonna chill and play Vermintide with no way to receive or send messages or chat in general ( Which is actually kind
of hard btw) and serve my sentence. Then 5 days later on the 25th of Oct. out of no where I get a SECOND friggin' suspension for yeah communication, I was like "How in the F&*% could that be I've haven't said a thing in 5 days" so I applied for a case review
on the enforcement page and what do you know the decision was 'upheld' and the response I got seemed like it was entirely copy/pasted by a bot, this has left me frustrated and with more questions that WON'T get answered because the enforcement team are above
actually communicating with a rule-breaking peasant like me.

While we don't have any information about your suspension, usually it happens in situations like this.

Imagine someone sent you an insulting message, and the conversation went like this:

Other player: "In the last match, you were the reason our team lost. Sarcastic and ironic thanks to you!"

You respond: "Shut up! YOU were the one that didn't do the thing that would bring us victory. You are an [insert expletive here]" (the other player reports this message)

Other player "No you shut up. Had you not goofed off in the doorway, the enemy couldn't get past. It's all your fault we lost!"

You respond: "You don't know how to play. I guarded the doorway perfectly, and you are just a [second expletive]" (this message also gets reported).

While this was one conversation, you sent two messages with expletives that got reported.

So an enforcement team member reviewed the first message, and issued a suspension.

Then they reviewed the second report, and issued a SECOND suspension for the second message.

So that's how to get a second communications suspension, while having a comm suspension already.

Investigations do take time. So both suspensions could be for actions that took place weeks before, not when they were enforced.

This is literally copy and pasted from a 'reply' I got in a case review. Give me a human not a bot! also you guys don't see a problem with this? Like adding additional suspension time on top of someone who already is serving? This is not good enough to me
and frankly a neglect in power and laziness. XBLPET need limits, and having 'values' like compassion and precision is just hot garbage when they can just add more time to your silence based on some spat or other that happened weeks or months ago. ( No idea
because again they're above communicating with us paying peasants!)

I was/am totally aware of the first suspension and was willing to take it at face value. What I have a problem with is getting additional time on top of that one because 'investigations take time' or are 'reactive' there should be a hard cap on how much
they can do to an account and they need to explain this fully to people like me and it just doesn't seem in line with a value like 'compassion' when you aren't even going to take into a account the player in question is already serving a suspension.
