    I redeemed GOW code 1 and code 2 vanished. I don't even know what it was for.

    all my promo codes have disappeared from my notifications

    I had 3 different redeemable promo codes on my xbox one notification. One was for EA Access because I pre ordered fifa 17, the other was for forza horizon 3 halo warthog due to loyalty, the other was for Gears of War 4 weapons due to loyalty. I tried to
    find my redeemable codes on my notifications and they have vanished

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

    Did you receive the offers in a 25 digit code format? Codes redeemed to your Microsoft Account need to be a 5x5 code which you redeem through the Microsoft Store or
    microsoft.com/redeem.

    However, as part of the holidays, you can claim your subscription offers for the other services directly from your Xbox One console if you have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. On the Xbox One home dashboard scroll to
    the Xbox Live Gold tile which should be the second to last in the first row after the tiles of your recently used apps. You should then be re-directed to the dedicated Xbox Live Gold section of the Microsoft Store and under Featured you should see a tile that
    says "Claim your Ultimate Gift". After selecting that tile, you should be able to claim the offers for Discord Nitro granted you meet the terms and conditions that will be listed in the footer. Alternatively you can find the tile to claim your offers by going
    to the Game Pass tab on the home page (press RB).

    What message do you received when trying to redeem the code the first time? Before the second time that showed that the code was already redeemed.

    I have the same problem as the OP. We both know how to redeem - we get the QR code on the XBOX and scan it. However, the OP and I are getting an error when trying to get the QR code on the XBOX. I have tried several different days, several restarts of the
    XBOX and nothing, I still get an error when I go to claim my ultimate gift.

    There must be another way to claim this via xbox.com or something but I cannot find it.

    No i bought the xbox deluxe game from eb that had the pass with it. I though at first i just had not used the code. So when i entered it claimed it was redeemed. Now the problem is after redownloading the game its trying to make me pay for it when i know i own the pass
