    Hi RedLunarFPS,

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums, I'd be happy to help.

    To be honest that sounds like a bug because that shouldn't happen, so there is no setting for that. When typing a message on the Xbox One, the system only auto caps the first word in every sentence, so basically only the first word after a period.

    Go ahead and do a hard restart and power cycle. Hold down
    the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

    Is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insider program by any chance?

    Hi RedLunarFPS,

    You can check by downloading and opening the Xbox Insider Hub app, but seeing that you're not sure, it can be safe to assume that your Xbox is not enrolled. Either way, as I mentioned previously, that seems like a bug. I recommend trying the physical power
    cycle I mentioned above.

    Let us know if that fixes the issue.

    I have the same thing happening and it has for some time. I just make sure to hit the button to not capitalize the second letter. Am on the insider program but I do not believe I am on the ring where my Xbox is ahead on code/firmware.
