    second hand Xbox One. Can’t Unenroll Insider.


    try to leave the insider program on a second hand Xbox One. When click Accept, get ‘Already registered!’ Says need to use the same account that signed up on that Xbox. How can I get the Xbox removed from the program or even downgrade to Omega (for less updates), when I can’t contact previous owner?

    Hello, If you have a second XBox you can download the insider app then unenroll the one with the issue from the program then it will force it to update when you switch back on

    Thank you for keeping us updated. Using the Xbox Insider HUB on someone's console will allow the account to unenroll from the Xbox Insider program. The device that is unenrolled will not be completely removed from the Xbox Insider program until the next
    update. Make sure the correct account is signed in to the Xbox One. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Is your console by any chance in the Xbox Insider program? If it is, then that will be why you get more updates than anyone of your friends. To unenroll just launch the Xbox Insider app, go into settings and unenroll the console. You will get one more
    update, and then no more until the public update gets released.
