Discus and support Second gamertag change in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I want to change my gamertag for the 2nd time, but I think it's RIDICULOUS to pay 10 euros for that.     I want to change my gamertag for the 2nd time, but I think it's RIDICULOUS to pay 10 euros for that. I read somewhere that you could get a free erase with 800 xbox points. Does anyone know if this is true, or does anyone have any other tips?

    That's not true. Xbox points were discontinued in 2013 and that was just the price it was to pay for a gamertag change before the currency system was put in place.

    Actually that is not possible and there are rules that explain you can have only one initial free change.

    You're allowed to change your Xbox gamertag once for free. If you're trying to change your gamertag for a second time, You'll have to pay for the gamertag change.
