    Hello! Obviously I have an account, otherwise I wouldn't be able to chat here! Yet the representative I spoke with today claims I do not have an account. However, 3/24/23 Microsoft/Xbox deducted $26+ from my personal checking account. Along with many others deductions over the past 2 years. I have been battling this for a long time. I don't know what else to do. I took my lunch break from school today to attempt to reach a PERSON. I finally got ahold of someone and she claimed I do not have an account, end of story on her end . . She claimed that because I set up the account 2+ years ago my debit card had a different expiration date as the one I currently have now. She kept saying "you changed your card" . . it's the Same account number. (anyone that has a debit card knows this when their old one expires, same card, same numbers, different expiration date). It's the same as it's been for 20+ years! Just a different expiration date as all banks send out every few years. She still claimed there's no identity in the Microsoft world!!!!!! BUT MICROSOFT TOOK MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT 3 DAYS AGO!!!!!!! SOMEONE make sense of this????? HOW can a company withdraw money from a checking account and NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ON THAT PERSON ON FILE????????? NO email, name, address NADA! Am I going crazy here?!?! Plus this lady promised a call back at 4pm (GOD forbid there be a number to actually speak to someone) Nothing. It's now 11:45pm, I think I've waited long enough after battling this for almost 2 years now. Someone help me!

    This is a community based forum so we do not have access to accounts. You would have to try contacting support again to speak to billing. If they are unable to assist, you would need to contact your bank to assist you in stopping payments. If the payments are not coming from your account, it's possible someone else has your information.

    Second add on, I have screen shots from the "confirmation codes" she sent me today, emails, texts and directly from the Microsoft website "no active subscriptions". Yet they are still charging me!!!!! I've done everything I can. Unsubscribed via website and Xbox (Xbox directly in 2021). We haven't had it since and cannot access the old account. We only had it for a brief time. Please help!!!

    I'd like to add that I have received multiple emails regarding my "account", that I don't have, according to Microsoft and Xbox. Including the email regarding this post. Please, PLEASE, SOMEONE help me figure this out and STOP the reoccurring withdrawals from my "non existent account". And possibly get a refund for 11 unauthorized withdrawals!!!!!
